Enable RipTiger to capture and save only a user selected portion of a video.

If I know that I only want to save a video portion between minutes 2 to 4, there is no need to download and save a full 30 minute or longer video. Adding a video edit feature to select a portion of the downloaded video to keep would also be helpful.
